Computing the Original eBWT Faster, Simpler, and with Less Memory

Mantaci et al. [TCS 2007] defined the \(\mathrm {eBWT}\) to extend the definition of the \(\mathrm {BWT}\) to a collection of strings. However, since this introduction, it has been used more generally to describe any \(\mathrm {BWT}\) of a collection of strings, and the fundamental property of the original definition (i.e., the independence from the input order) is frequently disregarded. In this paper, we propose a simple linear-time algorithm for the construction of the original \(\mathrm {eBWT}\), which does not require the preprocessing of Bannai et al. [CPM 2021]. Metālisko elementu saturs augsnē Liepājas Ziemeļu fortu teritorijā. Butkus D., darba vadītāja Mg. chem., lektore Balcerbule Z. Bakalaura darbs, 45 lappuses, 21 attēls, 18 tabulas, 32 literatūras avoti, 4 pielikumi. Latviešu valodā. Darbā ir veikta metālisko elementu analīze Ziemeļu fortu teritorijā ņemtajos augsnes paraugos. Augsnes izvilkumi gatavoti HNO3 šķīdumos, veikta arī mineralizācija ar mikroviļņu enerģiju. Elementu koncentrācijas tika noteiktas ar liesmas atomabsorbciometrijas un ICP – MS metodēm. Iegūtie rezultāti tika salīdzināti ar LR MK augsnes un grunts kvalitātes normatīviem un literatūrā pieejamiem datiem.

La biodiversité des Glomales associés à #Acacia albida$ est étudiée en fonction de l'âge de l'arbre, des saisons et des propriétés physicochimiques du sol. Les Glomales sont récoltées jusqu'à 1,5 et 4,5 m dans les régions soudano-guinéennes et jusqu'à 16 et 35 m dans les régions sahéliennes. La culture in vitro de la forme intraracinaire des Glomales en présence de racines isolées a montré une diversité morphologique des souches. En complément à cette taxonomie morphologique, des marqueurs moléculaires ont permis d'étudier la variabilité génétique des Glomales en comparant les variations de séquences d'ADN extrait de spores et de fragments mycorhiziens. Climate change impact on the West African monsoon from June to October.

Sixteen CMIP5 models are used toanalyse how climate changes over the West African Monsoon region between a “future period”, defined from 2031 to 2070under the rcp4.5 emission scenario, and the “current period”, defined from 1960 to 1999 under the historical emissionscenario. The results show an increase of the September to October rainfall amounts. Circulation anomalies include of anincreases of sea-level pressure over the Mediterranean Sea and Europe that allow a strengthening of the moisture flux fromEuro-Mediterranean regions into the Sahel. These changes are stronger in autumn.
